Piña Colada Omega-3 Popsicles

What you'll need:

  • ¾ cup coconut milk or coconut cream
  • 1 ¼ cups pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons Seriously Delicious Pina Colada
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

Here's how to make them:

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth and combined
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours
  4. Run popsicle molds under hot water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles
  5. Take out of popsicle molds and enjoy!

Note: Coconut milk/cream may separate slightly during freezing but that won’t affect the delicious taste of these popsicles!
