Directions: Whip together and enjoy on cupcakes, fruit or by the spoonful! The frosting melts easily, so frost cupcakes or pastries right before serving. For a thicker consistency, let the frosting chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Directions: Combine yogurt and honey or maple syrup (you can add more sweetener to taste). Place yogurt mixture into a bowl and top with sliced banana, strawberries and chocolate chips. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and use your palms to roll into a ball. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
