Since they are in season, we’ve created a mouth-watering coconut pomegranate bowl. It’s the greatest, juiciest dessert you can have this winter.
Deseed the pomegranate and split into two bowls. The night before you’d like to eat these bowls, chill the can of coconut cream. Then open the can and scoop out the cream. Mix coconut cream until light and fluffy. Then split between 2-3 bowls. Top the arils and cream with the Superfruit Super Seed Blend.
