Yield: about 1 1/2 cups

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. granulated onion
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh basil - about 30 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup Barlean’s Forti Flax
  • 5 Tbsp. Barlean’s Vegan Omega

Here's how to make it:

  1. Place all ingredients except Forti Flax in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add Forti Flax and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Chill & enjoy!
