Barlean’s Healthy Spicy Flax-Ginger Salad Dressing

It’s easy to start off the year strong—eating salads, drinking green juice . . . you know the drill. But for some of us, it’s easy to hop off the New Year’s resolution train when the food starts to taste, well . . . blah. There’s no better way to keep the eating clean goals alive other than salad dressings and sauces that burst with flavor. You'll love this dressing drizzled on top of your next salad. 

Ingredients:

1 ½ Tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp peeled and chopped fresh ginger

¾ c water

1 Tbsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp Barlean’s Organic Flax Oil

½ tsp red chili flakes

½ c chopped scallions

1 tsp raw honey

3 Tbsp lime juice

 Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until creamy.
