It’s easy to start off the year strong—eating salads, drinking green juice . . . you know the drill. 1 ½ Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp peeled and chopped fresh ginger
¾ c water
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp Barlean’s Organic Flax Oil
½ tsp red chili flakes
½ c chopped scallions
1 tsp raw honey
3 Tbsp lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until creamy.
