Pumpkin Oats with Digestive Blend
1/3 cup of regular oats
1/3 cup of almond or coconut milk
1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp Barlean’s Digestive Blend
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and a dash of salt to a boil. Lower the heat and add 1/3 cup of oats. Cook for 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
